Contract Block Time Information
for the 2008-2009 Season

Green Spring Racquet Club allows members to secure guaranteed weekly tennis court times during the 34 week season, which runs from September 8, 2008 through May 3, 2009.

Please fill out a Contract Block Time Application Form and mail it or bring it in to the club.

1. After the captain submits the application, we’ll get back with the best time and the final total price.
2. The captain should then fill in all the names of the players on their team on the back of the application, include any splits, and method of payment, and then return with this completed application.
3. The captain is responsible for supplying players’ names and assuring that full payment for the contract is made, and that everyone is a club member.
4. Members may have a credit card on file so they may conveniently make purchases.
5. Members are responsible for filling out the membership application form and submitting payment. We will not be sending out bills this year.
6. Please note that club members can call the club to update their credit card information at anytime.
7. Members must be in touch with their team captain to find their contract time share cost.
8. Members can give their payments to their team captain or to GSRC.
9. Only members can purchase and play contract time.
10. A 10% deposit is required to hold the contract time reservation.
11. Full payment of a contract time is required by September 1, 2008. If full payment is not made, we’ll release the contract time.
12. Discounts on club membership and contract time fees are available until June 1, 2008.
13. A guest can only substitute three times, after which they must become a member of the club or pay the $15 Club Guest Fee each time they play.
14. Any changes to this contract after it has been submitted will result in a $5.00 per player charge.
15. We will issue a make-up if you cancel a game with at least 24 hours notification.
16. If the club is closed for a holiday or inclement weather, you will receive a make-up.
17. All make-ups must be used before June 1, 2009.
18. The team captain is responsible for informing all the team’s players of these rules.
19. All players and substitutes must check-in when they enter the club.
20. We have the right to reassign courts.
21. There are no refunds.
22. Signing the form is a commitment to the contract.
