2013-2014 Contract Block Tennis Court Times

Green Spring Racquet Club allows members to secure guaranteed weekly tennis court times during the 35 week season, which runs from Monday, September 9, 2013 through Sunday, May 11, 2014. Hourly court prices are listed below.

· Each contract court time must have a designated person or team captain, who will be responsible for assuring that full payment is made. Contract Court Time application forms are available by clicking the links below, or at our front desk.

· Each player during contract times must be a Green Spring Racquet Club member.

· Makeups must be completed by July 1, 2014

Annual Memberships

• To purchase a block time you must be an annual member. The membership price will increase after June 3, 2013.

• All members receive towel service, 10% off non-sale clothing and non-sale shoes in our Pro Shop, discount on racquet stringing, and discounts on Adult and Junior Programming.

Block Time

• Court block time prices are listed below, if paid by June 3, 2013 and after June 3.  All prices include tax.

• The 2013 - 2014 season is 35 weeks and starts on Monday, September 9, and ends on Sunday, May 11, 2014.
• If your team renews your block time in full by June 3, 2013:
  • If all block time players pay in full by June 3, your block time will receive a complementary tennis ball package valued at $120.75.
  • Your block time captain will receive five free, electronic guest passes. (Subs must register at the front desk.)
• Members who currently have 2012-2013 season block time have until Monday, April 1, 2013, to reserve the same day for 2013-2014.  We cannot guarantee the same court or exact time, due to the high demand of court time.
• After April 1, 2013, all unreserved block times are open to anyone.  Block times are not automatically renewed.
• A $100 deposit is required to hold each block time reservation.  The team captain must fill out the enclosed GSRC Contract Time Application Form, and submit it with the deposit.
• Block time and membership must be paid in full by Tuesday, September 3, 2013.  If we haven’t received payment by then, your deposit and block time reservation is forfeited.
• The optional tennis ball package is a great convenience for your block time groups. Each time you come in to play you’ll have a can of Pro Penn tennis balls waiting for you under your captain’s name.  No one will ever have to worry whose turn it is to bring the balls or have to wait to buy a can of balls at the front desk.  A can of three Pro Penn balls retails for $3.60 with tax at the Pro Shop. Your group price is $3.45 per can, for total of $120.75 including tax, for the 35 week season.  Just check off on the agreement form if you want to add this service. (This package is free if all block time players pay their shares in full by June 3, 2013.)
