Cardio Tennis Gives your whole body a workout and CardioTennis takes it to another level!

Three 12-Week Sessions during the 2012-2013 Season

Session 1: Mon, Sept 10 - Sun, Dec 9 Ÿ  Session 2: Mon, Dec 10 - Sun, Mar 10  Ÿ  Session 3: Mon, Mar 11 - Sun, Jun 9

There will be no classes Nov. 19– Nov. 25, Dec. 23 – Jan. 1, and April 1 – April 7
We will offer Holiday Camps during these weeks


Sundays 8:00 am - 9:00 am with Michael Cianos
Tuesdays 8:30 am - 9:30 am with Adam Cranford
Thursdays 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm with Adam Cranford
Fridays 9:00 am - 10:00 am with Adam Cranford
Saturdays 7:30 am - 8:30 am with Michael Cianos

Cardio Tennis is a group activity designed to provide players of all levels from total beginner to advanced, a high intensity cardiovascular workout. It is a more enjoyable and engaging alternative to traditional modes of cardiovascular exercise such as treadmills and stationary bikes. Cardio tennis provides an effective cardiovascular workout as well tennis-specific fitness and shot-making training. Set to upbeat music and taught by enthusiastic teaching pros, this is a must try class.
