Using Xpiron to Reserve Your GSRC Tennis and Racquetball Courts

Green Spring Racquet Club uses Xpiron to manage tennis and racquetball court reservations.

Club members now have internet access to this system, which allows them to:

• Review available court times.
• Reserve random court times up to one week in advance. You'll need a credit card to hold the reservation, and you'll receive an email confirmation for a reservation.
• You may review your random time reservations, and you may cancel your reservations up to 24 hours in advance. You'll also get an email confirming a cancellation.
• You may check contract block times that are available for the 2008-2009 season, but you must contact the club directly to purchase contract time.

Hints for registering with Xpiron

• The first time you use Xpiron, you'll need to register.
• You'll need you GSRC membership number, which is on your statement or you can call the front desk.
• Go to the GSRC Xpiron web site, and click on the "First Time User ?" link.
• Enter your membership number, and then enter your email address and a password.
• After you register, you'll only need your email and password to login.

Hints for booking random court time with Xpiron

• Go to the Xpiron web site. There's a link on the GSRC main web page.
• Login using your email and password.
• Click on the Tennis or Racquetball link.
• Select the day that you'd like to book.
• Court time reservations and availabilities for the full day are shown.
• Click on a time you'd like to reserve.
  
  
• If the length of your court time covers more than one court price time period, then you must book two different reservations.
  • Monday-Friday
    • 7 AM to 1 PM, $30/hour
    • 1 PM to 5 PM, $25/hour
    • 4 PM to close, $35/hour
  • Saturday and Sunday
    • 7 AM to 5 PM, $35/hour
    • 5 PM to close, $25/hour
  • For example, if you want to play for one hour starting at 4:30 PM:
    • Book one reservation for 30 minutes starting at 4:30 PM
    • Book another reservation on the same court for 30 minutes starting at 5:00 PM
      
      
• You will enter the length of your desired court time after you enter your credit card information.
• You'll need to enter your credit card information:
  • You must enter your credit card number without any spaces or dashes.
  • The expiration date must be mm-yy, for example 05-09 for June, 2009.
• You'll receive an email confirming your reservations
  
  
• Xpiron will not be used to charge your credit card for any reservations.
• We only use your credit card information to hold the reservation.
• You must still pay at the front desk, when you arrive for your court time.
• If you don't show up, and you don't cancel your reservation, then we'll bill your your credit card.

To cancel a reservation

• Go to the Xpiron web site. There's a link on the GSRC main web page.
• Login using your email and password.
• Click on the My Info link, near the top right of the page.
• Click on the My Bookings to review your reservations.
• You'll receive an email confirming your cancellation.

To check contract block time availability

• Go to the Xpiron web site. There's a link on the GSRC main web page.
• Login using your email and password.
• Click on the Tennis Time link.
• Click on the Tennis Bookings link, which is just above the Court 1 schedule.
• Click on Sep, then click on any of the days starting from September 8th, which is the start of the 2008-2009 season.
• If a court time is Bookable, then it's available for contract block time.
• You must contact the club directly to book contract time - you cannot book contract time online.
