Over the last 10-plus years Vaughan has been ranked nationally in singles, doubles and mixed doubles.

Her highest ranking attained was #2 nationally in Womens 35's.

Vaughan coached middle school squash at Bryn Mawr from inception during the later 1990s through 2006. She was Assistant Varsity Coach at Bryn Mawr 2007-2008.

From 1998 through 2007 she was Assistant squash and tennis pro at Baltimore Country Club, and from 2001 through 2007 she was a squash pro at Meadow Mill Athletic Club.
